Lenny is a short, quiet man that some believe is retarded. It hides his past well as Lenny was a killer, one of the best in the business. When the Covert Intelligence Division wants to pull him to help our on another job, Lenny agrees. He has no idea that he is being set up as the fall guy in an assassination plot against the President. And the clown suit? Part of the ruse. But Lenny finds out and starts to play his own game and the CID finds out that clowns should sometimes be taken seriously.
