He is called The Enlightened One.

He is also called a mage…a sorcerer…a magician…

He is Magus and he has retreated from the world.

That was over a century ago.

Now his daughter, who he has never seen, comes to him in order that she can find her own identity. But she is part of a world that he wants nothing to do with.

Then, another figure from his past comes…. Beezlebub, …the being which gave him immortality…the fabled Lord of the Flies who brought a plague during the time of the Old Testament…comes to claim a promise of long ago.

Association: Magus will appeal to fans of the supernatural and his stories can cross over to virtually any area and time period. He can also reach into other supernatural beings including werewolves and vampires.

Format: Magus was released as a mini-series which introduced him and set the stage for hie entry into the world which he tried to hide from.

Additional: Magus has the capability of being an enduring character because he has existed so long that not only the present holds interest but all of mankind’s past. Although dealing with many horror elements, it has a strong philosophical bent which it is anchored in.
