CONCEPT

Christina’s battle with Fafnir is the start of her somewhat reluctant superhero career. Although her heart is in the fashion world, events seem to conspire to draw her into one adventure after another. For example:

Soon after the Fafnir fight a rubber check from the unscrupulous manager of the female wrestlers Leather and Rawhide sends Christina into the ring during a televised bout to repossess costumes she designed for the women.

Soon after that a gangster, Don Carlos Mastroni, tries putting the protection squeeze on Mighty Threads. Christina squeezes back, but does not count on falling in love with Don Carlos’ son, Antonio.

Soon after that a homeless man seeking shelter from the worst storm in 20 years breaks into Mighty Threads and makes a bed out of a pile of remnants accidentally enchanted by a client. The remnants bond to the man, turning him into a Patchwork Man and giving him magical powers. Blaming Mighty Threads for his condition, the Patchwork Man seeks vengeance against Christina.

Soon after that…

PROESPECTUS

MIGHTY 1 is an adventure series all ages can enjoy. Generally humorous, it also features moments of drama and pathos. But no anti-heroes. No "gritty" adventures. MIGHTY 1 is a fun series about a likable heroine who has brains, beauty, a streak of confidence as wide as the Amazon River, and the most impressive clean-and-jerk this side of the Daily Planet, but struggles like the rest of us to make her dreams come true.

SUPORTING CAST LIST

Alexandria Bijour-Puissant: Christina’s mother, retired fashion model, founder and CEO of Enchante Cosmetics, and an international spokeswoman for UNICEF.

Janet Draisey: Retired fashion model, Mighty Thread’s treasurer, graduate of the School of Hard Knocks of East St. Louis, and Christina’s friend and surrogate big sister.

Ginnie Liabo: Mighty Threads computer geek and graphics expert, Christina’s surrogate little sister, and indefatigable bright-eyed optimist.

Antonio Mastroni: Wall Street attorney, son of gangster Don Carlos Mastroni, one good-looking stud, a pretty good egg, and the love of Christina’s life.

Kristie Ann Owen: Vice-president of Mighty Threads and Christina’s second mother and conscience.

Dr. Paul Puissant: Christina’s father, renowned archaeologist, and possibly the wickedest golfer France has ever produced.
